Thank you for shopping with NiiMA. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy for a hassle-free experience.

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days of receiving it, via the portal. Eligible items must be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Please note no makeup, hair, residue, scents, or damages (including try-on or alterations).

• Underwear, intimates, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We are operating as a small, independent retailer, and each return is processed manually. We ask that you please allow 14 business days from the day your return reaches us to process your refund.

 

Please note:

• We do not accept returns outside of the 14-day window.
• All returns - UK and International - are the responsibility of the customer
  
• Ensure your parcel is clearly marked with your full name and order number 

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned. We provide a Royal Mail return label for convenience, and a fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund.
